Service Technician

Job Description

Smartek is looking for Service Technicians to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain elevators/lifts at customer locations. Candidates should be technically skilled, willing to travel locally, and capable of handling field service activities independently.

Key Responsibilities
Perform elevator installation, servicing, and maintenance.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Attend service calls and breakdown complaints promptly.
Ensure safety standards are followed during work.
Maintain service reports and communicate with customers regarding service activities.

Eligibility
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
Experience in the elevator industry is an added advantage.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Salary based on experience and skills.
